Be Grateful For Everything In Your Life

Be Grateful for Life - and the opportunity to help and be kind to others...and look for and appreciate the beauty in....not being in a wheelchair - if you're in a wheelchair be grateful you can sit up or use your hands and arms if you can, having eyes to see, ears to hear, lungs to breathe air, hands to feed, clothe and bathe yourself...everything we 'FEEL' is a reflection of our 'THOUGHTS' - Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Mind....'We Bring About What We Think About'.... - Practice Gratitude....right now, write down 22 things that you are grateful for and then ask yourself how you feel.


Practice an Attitude of Gratitude - and see how your view of the world turns around. What you thought was so horrible, could always be worse. What seemed like a set back may just give you the opportunity to shift your focus, gain more clarity or go a new direction. Our thoughts can be our best friends and our worst enemies. Choose friends - and when thoughts enter your mind that are not uplifting or encouraging to you and your life - invite them to leave as soon as they come. You are the creator of your life - and the visionary for your future. See it and you can be it - dream it and you can have it.
